3-day 1st National Water Supply and Sanitation Forum/Workshop organised by the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development, in conjunction with its parastatals and development partners, and hosted by the President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo (GCFR) as part of the Federal Government’s effort at attaining the MDGs within the context of the Presidential Water Initiative.

The event which took place at the Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Abuja, had major stakeholders like Local Govt. Administrators, State Ministries of Water Resources, water agencies, River Basin Development Authorities, external support agencies, members of the diplomatic corps, members of the academia and media executives in attendance.
