Report: Civil society/stakeholder forum on power sector reforms.

On the 23rd May 2012, The Nigeria Network of NGOs (NNNGO) participated at the civil society/stakeholders roundtable on the power sector reform organized by Independent Service Delivery Monitoring Group (ISDMG)- Center for Advocacy and Transparency at the Ladi Kwali Hall, Sheraton Hotel and Towers Abuja.

Our nation is facing a serious national security challenge.  And once again, the Federal Government has responded in a familiar way by setting up yet another committee on police reformAyo Obe, Chair -CSO Panel on Police Reform in Nigeria.

More than ever before the average Nigerian is faced with a high level of insecurity which could stay with us forever unless we act now. Shocking new security threats now face us everyday- an increase in bomb blasts and ongoing harassment by the Nigerian Police.
